BRADES, Montserrat – Bank of Montserrat Ltd. is proud to be presenting sponsor for the Produced in Montserrat Expo, slated for July 23 and 24 at the Montserrat Cultural Centre.

General Manager Baldwin Taylor said they were pleased to contribute $5000 to the event, now in its second year.

“Events like PRIME allow our small businesses to showcase their products and generate income. The bank is in support of initiatives like this, which will stimulate the island’s economy,” said Taylor.

More than 30 businesses are expected to participate in the two-day event, which is free to attend.

There will be entertainment throughout the day and goods will be available for sale.

Participants include wine makers, artists, bath and body producers, natural juices, authors, and clothing designers.

PRIME is organised by the Department of Trade, Investment & Bureau of Standards and the Montserrat Arts Council.
